The Glass Magazine features Swan at the Globe in “Food as theatre: The Globe’s new dining destination” in March 2016, looking at the “Shakespeare 400” schedule including A Midsummer Night’s Dream from the end of April at the Globe, as well as our restaurant’s recent reopening and revised focus on freshness in our menu. “With cheese from the Somerset Cheese Company, charcuterie from London-based Cobble Lane and seafood from Cornwall, expect The Swan’s menu to offer seasonal specials that showcase Britain’s best produce.”
