In “London’s best new restaurant and bar openings” they mention Mead Mondays with Gosnells London Mead brewery, the 30-minute sessions on September 12, October 10 and November 14 cover how to pair mead with food; making mead-based cocktails; and what honeys are used to make mead respectively.


Talks about the upcoming events too, as well as some of the signature drinks available, such as Honey and Spice – with sugar, lime, rum and mead – or the Peckham Lemonade – with lemon juice, honey syrup, gin and mead.
