We are excited to announce that we shall be launching breakfast in the Swan Restaurant on the 2nd March 2020.
Indulgent or virtuous, but always delicious, we shall be serving stacks of buttermilk pancakes with fresh berries and Chantilly cream, our own Bircher-style muesli and customisable plates of sourdough toast with eggs alongside classic breakfast dishes, including our cracking Eggs Royale, Florentine and Benedict and a hearty Full English (to name but a few), with options for vegetarian and vegan guests too. Our selection of fresh fruit juices, shots, smoothies and morning cocktails are the perfect accompaniment.
Part of our new offering also includes a luxury breakfast offer, which features a cold buffet made up of freshly baked breads, pastries, granola, natural and coconut yoghurts, seasonal London preserves, unlimited hot beverages and fresh fruit juices. Guests joining us will also have the option to add on one of our hot breakfast dishes.
Our restaurant offer differs from the Swan bar brunch menu as it brings a more refined selection of dishes to the table, and is perfect for business breakfast meetings, starts to special days out with family and friends in the city, or mornings when you simply want to impress, and and will be served in our second-floor restaurant which boasts brilliant riverside views of the Thames, St. Paul’s Cathedral, the City of London and the Globe Theatre every Monday to Friday from 8am until 11:30am.
Swan at Shakespeare’s Globe has been a partner of the iconic Globe Theatre for over a decade, overseeing the bar, restaurant and events spaces as well as the theatre’s cafes and tap houses. Across the site we offer a wide range of dining options including breakfast, brunch and casual lunch dishes, through to creative canapes, bowl foods, afternoon tea and a la carte dining. Likewise our cellar has an extensive choice of wines and beers, and we offer a beautiful range of seasonal cocktails. Centrally located on London’s Bankside, the Swan bar and restaurant is right on the River Thames, and a short walk from London Blackfriars, London Cannon Street and London Bridge, as well as Borough Market and the Tate Modern.
